Geospatial analysis of Biodiversity Vulnerability in Tanzania project
Goals
Synthesize existing knowledge about climate change impacts on Tanzanian biodiversity
Conduct climate change vulnerability assessments for key biodiversity targets, as established by USAID and partners on-the-ground
Conduct spatial analyses of the climate exposure of the target environments in Tanzania and potentially extend to other areas of East Africa
Produce a climate change refugia map that can highlight areas for prioritizing conservation action for biodiversity targets.
How do biotic and abiotic factors drive geographic variation in spotted hyena skull size?
What are the patterns of skull size of striped hyena across geography and what factors drive patterns of skull size and shape across geography?
What are the patterns of skull shape of striped hyena across geography, and what can these patterns tell us about past dispersal events?
Ontogeny Project What is the relationship between morphological maturity and the timing of first reproduction in the Order Carnivora?
